A competitive benefits program is only one way we take care of our employees. We also offer a positive team environment that encourages and enables individuals to achieve their full potential.

  • Comprehensive health plan. Includes medical, dental and vision care. Coverage begins the first of the month following your date of hire.
  • 401(k) plan. Plan allows our employees to use salary deferrals to set aside up to 60% of their pre-tax income, up to an IRS maximum annually. Employer match is equal to $0.25 on the $1 up to 6%.
  • Paid time off. Our personal time off plan is based on length of service.
  • Holidays. Inovis US employees receive ten paid holidays each year.
  • Flexible benefit accounts. Our employees may elect to pay for out-of-pocket healthcare and daycare expenses on a tax-free basis.
  • Tuition assistance. Inovis reimburses the cost of tuition, books and fees associated with job-related courses up to a maximum of $4,000 annually.
  • Basic life / AD&D. Employees are covered in an amount equal to two times annual salary up to a maximum; spouses covered at $5,000 and children at $2,500.
  • Business travel accident. This plan provides life insurance protection in the amount of $250,000 while traveling on company business.
  • Supplemental life. This optional program allows employees to purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents.
  • Short-term disability. This plan provides full or partial salary continuation for a maximum of twelve weeks of disability at no cost to our employees.
  • Long-term disability. This plan provides 60% of salary continuation after three months of disability.
  • Employee assistance plan. This benefit provides free, confidential referral and counseling to employees and their families.
  • Prepaid legal. This voluntary, employee-paid benefit provides services that address some of the most common legal problems employees and their families experience.
