Sean Feeney, President and Chief Executive Officer
Sean Feeney Sean E. Feeney is President and Chief Executive Officer at Inovis. As the company's top executive, Mr. Feeney strategically guides Inovis as it helps more than 20,000 customers achieve superior trading partner collaboration and integration on the industry's leading B2B commerce platform.

Prior to joining Inovis, Mr. Feeney was an Executive Vice President of CheckFree Corporation. Mr. Feeney served in several roles during his tenure at CheckFree, including President, CheckFree Software; General Manager, American Payment Systems; and EVP of Sales. Between 2000 and 2002, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Clarus Corporation, an Atlanta-based e-procurement software company, and was Chief Operating Officer of OneSource Relocation.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Feeney worked in various senior sales and marketing positions for Dun & Bradstreet Software. In addition, he has held similar positions with Sales Technologies (a Dun & Bradstreet Company), Control Data Corporation and Information America.


James "Jim" Eberle, Chief Operating Officer
Jim Eberle

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Eberle is responsible for operations, implementations and customer support for Inovis. With over 15 years of senior-level experience at major software companies, Mr. Eberle brings a wealth of knowledge to Inovis in leading QA, project management, managed services, training, and support groups while managing high availability online applications and process improvement.

Most recently, Mr. Eberle was the CEO and founder of Mentora, which focused on helping companies deliver, host and maintain high quality, high availability and high performance business applications.

Prior to Mentora, Mr. Eberle held senior management positions at AppGenesys, Sales Technologies and Control Data Corporation, where he focused on the creation and development of the business and marketing plans, as well as the associated service and support standards and procedures.


John Redfern, Managing Director, Inovis UK and Freeway Commerce
John Redfern As Managing Director of Inovis (UK) and Freeway Commerce, John Redfern's role encompasses all aspects of Inovis UK company growth and service offerings to ensure ultimate profitability.

During his tenure with Inovis, Redfern has worked in all aspects of operations, sales and client services (even early client installations). Roles from Account Manager, Support Management through to Senior Director for Client Services, to being appointed in my current position two years ago, have helped him recognize the important part that each and every employee can contribute to the company's overall success.

Prior to Inovis, Redfern spent 11 years in IT operations for Duracell Batteries and was project manager for an IBM technology 'Roadshow' across Europe.


Erik Huddleston, Chief Technology Officer
Erik Huddleston As Chief Technology Officer for Inovis, Erik Huddleston drives the vision for Inovis products and technology and evangelizing the value of the Inovis offerings to the market. Erik has a strong track record of visionary technology leadership in Supply Chain, CRM, and multi enterprise collaboration.

Erik came to Inovis from the acquisition of BetweenMarkets, the leading provider of partner performance management applications, where he served as Founder and CTO. While at BetweenMarkets, Erik drove an agile product and development organization and helped dozens of the worlds leading organizations solve the Business Community Management challenges. Prior to founding BetweenMarkets in 2000, Erik architected consumer and retail analytics products at two enterprise software startups: eCustomers, a retail merchandising software provider; and SMART Technologies, a supply chain software provider acquired by i2 Technologies.


Paul Trotti, Vice President, Human Resources
Paul Trotti Paul Trotti is Vice President, Human Resources for Inovis. Mr. Trotti is responsible for oversight and management of the benefits programs, compensation plan, recruiting, and performance development of employees at Inovis. Taking care of people, our #1 resource, is his primary responsibility.

Trotti brought to Inovis an extensive background in leading large organizations to achieve optimal performance. Prior to Inovis, he was the VP of Human Resources at the Winter Group of Companies in Atlanta, where he was a member of the executive team that reorganized the companies; and his accomplishments included the establishment of a training department, the development and implementation of a company-wide performance management system, and the creation of a strong recruiting program that brought in premier graduates from a number of the nation's top universities.

Paul's tenure at Winter followed a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, from which he retired as a Colonel in 1998. His military service included infantry command and staff assignments in Germany, the Republic of Korea, Panama, the Middle East, and various posts in the United States. Additionally, he spent a tour teaching at his alma mater, the United States Military Academy at West Point.


Gary Walsh, Senior Vice President, Sales
Gary Walsh Gary Walsh is Senior Vice President of Sales for Inovis. He leads the Inovis worldwide sales organization with a focus on driving new business in new and existing vertical markets. Mr. Walsh was Vice President of Sales, Service Providers for Sterling Commerce where he had spent the last 10 years. He brings a wealth of industry experience and has had exceptional sales success at every level through his 25+ years of experience in several outstanding companies.

Mr. Walsh began his career at Mellon Bank and has held sales and sales management positions at Dynasales Corporation and Sungard. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.


Kenneth Williams, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President
Kenneth Williams Kenneth Williams is Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Inovis. He is responsible for managing the financial and operational structure of the Company. During his tenure with the company, Mr. Williams has successfully restructured Inovis' financial operations and health and was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of both IPNet and QRS.

Mr. Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his current role, having held previous positions of leadership, including four assignments as Chief Financial Officer for Sarcon Microsystems, Inc., Carrier Point, Inc., DigitalOwl.com, Inc. and MeasureUp, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Williams served as Vice President of Finance for Ockham Technologies, Inc. and as a Senior Analyst at KPMG.

His duties have spanned accounting and financial planning and analysis. He also has extensive experience guiding organizations through fundraising, acquisition, contract negotiation and management and liquidation activities.
