I'm a Senior Technical Writer and Certified Usability Analyst. I've been full-time with the company for almost eight years after working here two years as a contractor.

Currently, Usability Designer Christine Ozuna (Richmond, California) and I team up to work on several usability projects, including the recent redesign of our Inovis Webware user interface, upcoming Webware Usability Testing, the redesign of Inovis Catalogue and reviewing new Inovisworks screens and features. We are also developing an Inovis Usability Standards Guide.

During my years with the company I have worked with TrustedLink Enterprise, BizManager, Inovisworks and have a very long relationship with Mapper from its original prototype, FLD (First Lab Deliverable!).
