I loved music, literature and humor growing up in Atlanta, Georgia. After realizing that being a guitar major with a focus on Bach wasn't my forte, I focused my energy on original music and finishing my degree in Journalism and PR. So I guess it wasn't terribly surprising that I started my career in marketing and communications after graduating from The University of Georgia.

I ended up in tech because I really enjoy the challenge of understanding fairly complex subjects and communicating those concepts in relatively easy to understand terms. I've learned from some great writers, communicators and marketing types during my run from Crescent Communications, Ketchum, CheckFree and now Inovis. A compelling story is at the heart of any great song and piece of literature, so I have a great opportunity at Inovis to craft and communicate an exciting story with analysts, media, customers, investors and most importantly, our employees.
