I have been at Inovis for over 10 years. I started when our company was named Premenos in Customer Support working with the EDI/400, now known as TrustedLink System i. After a couple of years, I moved into the Technical Communications Department writing for the TrustedLink product. I also have written for TLE, Inovisworks and BizManager.

I enjoy coming to the office everyday and writing. It is fun for me to explain our product in a way our customers can understand. I feel great pride when I over hear someone in support tell a customer that what they need to know is in the documentation. Although sometimes I miss having direct contact with our customers, I know that through my work I touch every one of them at some point; and what I do makes a difference even if it is not widely recognized.

Outside of the office, I am the ultimate "soccer mom." I take my children near and far for various activities and of course help with their homework. My husband and I are active in our children's lives and enjoy learning with them; and yes, I am almost as smart as a fifth grader! Relaxation for me comes in the way of doing arts and crafts. We always have some sort of artsy thing we are working on, be it making superhero costumes, decorations for Halloween (oh—I am known as the Halloween Queen here at work), to scrap booking.

All-in-all, I love my job and family and wouldn't trade it for anything.
