Kelly Reece - CSM Team Lead

I am the Team Lead for our Client Services Managers. The CSMs implement and support our Managed Services clients as well as large VAN and Catalogue clients. We are the day to day point person for these clients. Our job is to carry the client’s “flag” around Inovis and do our best to represent their needs and resolve their issues as best we can. I have been at Inovis for almost four years. I have previously worked as a programmer and business analyst at Macy’s Systems & Technology and as a project manager at Innotrac, a 3rd Party Logistics Company.

Currently, my team and I are managing the implementation of over 20 new Managed Services clients. The clients span all different business lines. We have a uniform company, a furniture company, and even a high end women’s shoe company—now, that’s one that I’d like to have a few samples from! We are also the project managers for Catalogue implementations for Retailer HUBS and their vendors.

Outside the office, I love scrapbooking and skiing, not that we get much snow in Georgia. I’m from Pennsylvania but I graduated from of the University of Georgia. I’m a huge Bulldog football fan and one of the founding members of the Inovis Bulldog Club. We get together and have pep rallies in a conference room on the Fridays before big games so we can trash talk about our opponents. Goooo Dawgs, Sic’em!
