Michael Hatton—Product Manager

I have been at Inovis for over 10 years, primarily serving in product, distribution and customer service management roles. To some, 10 years at the same company may seem like the exception, but the people of Inovis truly make me look forward to being in the office every day (although being on the road with customers is really cool, too). In fact, my favorite part of the job has to be being in front of customers. I truly believe that engaging the customer to understand their needs, wants, problems, challenges, goals and strategies is the best way to build and maintain an effective relationship.

Outside of the office, just hand me a ball and I'm happy—basketball, baseball, football, golf...you name it I'll play it (ok, so croquet is not at the top of my list, but I have played it). Growing up I spent most of my time playing sports, so you would always know where to find me depending on the season. These days, I'm always looking for an opportunity to play some ball or swing the sticks, but I also spend a good bit of time following the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Falcons and, being in college football country, the Alabama Crimson Tide...even though I hold an undergraduate from Auburn University…a story for another day.
