What started out as a first job out of college intended to be a temporary "gig" until business school, turned into a long-term business career…who knew? This is my 9th year+ at Inovis (though there have been several other names along the way). The company around me has changed (as have my roles in the organization), but one thing has not...my interaction with customers. I've functioned in roles from customer support to team lead to development liaison and to project manager. I'm currently a services manager for some of our top accounts in our Managed Services business unit. Basically, I manage the day-to-day business relationship for my accounts, including scoping new services, project management, conducting business reviews, etc…
More than anything else, what I value most in business is innovation & creativity. I don't buy into the statement that there is only 1 way to solve a problem. (I'm the big-picture thinker in the group—Hi there!)
Outside the office, I am an avid sports fan (like most guys I guess), especially Ice Hockey. If I'm out on the town with friends, it's probably at a game. Go Redwings—and Thrashers! I am a gizmo guy and am always excited to see the next "iPod"-like device. I'm a movie/music enthusiast. I consider the Internet to be our greatest achievement (next to the written word)—ok, I got that line from "The Day after Tomorrow," but where else, can you read, write, buy, sell and connect to other people within seconds?
