Wilson! Now that I have your attention… My name is Paul Reeves, not Wilson. But as Director, Software Solutions I am a lot like Wilson, as it is my responsibility to be a good listener. As the lead of the Software Product Management team, I need to ensure that our team listens to what our customers require to be productive &; to the market so we can help guide our customers in their endeavors.
My career currently spans 26 years (& counting). During that time I have had the opportunity to work in all facets of a company-Sales, Product Management, Finance, & Customer Support. "So what?" you ask-well, this background ensures that I am effectively guiding the Product Life Cycle, which in turns delivers a particular solution/product/feature that meets/exceeds the market needs.
