Tracey Robertson - Customer Support Manager

I have been with Inovis in the UK for 11 years. During this time, I have helped customers with Professional Services, pre-sales and post-sale advice and customer services. I am the current Customer Services Manager for EMEA and my team and I support the EMEA customers with all Inovis software and services.

When I left school, I trained as an Assembler Programmer for The Wrigley Co Ltd., and in 1986 I implemented my first EDI solution. In 1990 I also moved onto AS/400 (System i) machines and BPCS. This then led to me moving to the South East of England to work at SSA (Infor) as a BPCS consultant.

I continued with EDI at S C Johnson Wax in 1994, with the implementation of B2B solutions throughout the complete Supply Chain. This is an area in which I feel I have a special expertise, having now been in the e-Business Community for 22 years.
