Q: Why do companies consider outsourcing their B2B operations?

A. Organizations typically consider outsourcing if they find themselves into two camps. One is a very proactive camp or one is a very reactive. Reactive in the manner that their best EDI coordinator has just left the job or retired and they find that the intellectual capital is leaving with that individual. So they are suddenly looking around "how can we supply the needs of our business community and still maintain that continuum of our business practices?"
