Inovis and GXS Announce Intent to Merge

On December 8, 2009, GXS and Inovis announced that they have signed a definitive agreement to merge. The combined company creates a global leader of B2B e-commerce services, providing customers with international reach and end-to-end capabilities in B2B integration software and services.
