Inovis Reinforces Commitment to its 20,000+ Customers
New Group Will Lead Programs Focused on Enhancing Client Relationships
ATLANTA (December 9, 2002) — Inovis™, an enabler of B2B
communities, today announced a new Customer Account Management
(CAM) organization dedicated to invigorating client
relationships. CAM will interact with all customer-facing
entities within Inovis and set the pace for client engagement,
visibility and unparalleled levels of service.
Comprised of former Harbinger and Extricity businesses,
Inovis launched as a brand new company in September 2002. Inovis
generates over $100 million in annual revenues with 70 percent
recurring, providing B2B solutions to over 20,000 customers.

Matt Connell VP of Customer Relations, has assumed
responsibility for the new group, reporting directly to
Williams. With 18 years of industry experience, Connell was
formerly vice president of Professional & Managed Services
and before that senior director of Enterprise Customer Support
and Product Implementation at Harbinger Corporation.

customers early on," said Connell. "CAM’s creation
supports our plan to integrate a customer-centric philosophy and
approach into all our business activities."
CAM will operate as an adjunct to Inovis customer touch
points including sales and marketing, professional services, and
technical support, impacting all Customer Lifecycle aspects. Key
objectives are to serve as a liaison and convey customer
interests throughout the Inovis infrastructure, including
R&D, Sales, Accounting, and Customer Support.
In addition to the creation of the CAM organization, Inovis
is forming Customer Advisory Councils to further extend customer
relationships. These efforts support the Inovis goal of being a
customer-driven organization focused on cost-efficient and
effective B2B enablement solutions.
