OshKosh B'Gosh Expands Exclusive Agreement with QRS to Leverage Internet for E-Commerce
RICHMOND, Calif.
– February 17, 2003 – QRS Corporation (Nasdaq: QRSI) today announced that OshKosh B'Gosh, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOSHA) has renewed its commitment to QRS as its exclusive source of connectivity and content management. OshKosh B'Gosh is also expanding its use of QRS Exchange™ to include AS2 software, enabling the company to leverage the Internet for its trading relationships with retailers.
A QRS customer since 1993, OshKosh B'Gosh uses QRS Exchange to communicate and collaborate with its entire trading community and conduct e-commerce transactions, regardless of a trading partner's technology infrastructure. By including software to support AS2 protocols, QRS Exchange enables OshKosh B'Gosh to transfer electronic data over the Internet in real-time, seamlessly and securely. QRS Exchange gives OshKosh B'Gosh the ability to support EDI INT, FTP, HTTP or SMTP protocols over the Internet.
