RICHMOND, Calif. – June 24, 2003 – QRS Corporation (Nasdaq: QRSI) announced today that Terry R. Peets has joined the QRS board of directors as an independent Class II director. Mr. Peets has been a grocery industry leader for more than 25 years, working for some of the best-known names in food retailing.

Mr. Peets currently serves as a director for World Kitchens Inc., Doane Petcare Inc., and PSC Scanning Inc.
