ATLANTA November 25, 2003 - Inovis, a provider of business commerce automation solutions, today announced the appointment of Hatem El-Sebaaly as vice president of technology. With over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, including executive level positions with market leading companies like IPNet Solutions, Mr. El-Sebaaly is a seasoned industry veteran. He will play a central role in driving Inovis’ strategy and direction relative to product and services technology, architecture and infrastructure.

Previously, Mr. El-Sebaaly was CTO for IPNet Solutions, which was acquired by Inovis in July 2003, where he focused on business-to-business and collaborative commerce technologies. In this role, he was instrumental in defining and overseeing the technology and architectural plans for the IPNet BizManager suite of products.

Prior to IPNet Solutions, Mr. El-Sebaaly founded a software-consulting firm, Wondersoft Corporation, where he provided long term consulting services for Wonderware Corporation and Toshiba. Additionally, Mr. El-Sebaaly held positions at SAP, Toshiba America Medical Systems and GE Medical Systems. He is also a frequent lecturer at the University of California Extension at Irvine, where he teaches JAVA courses focusing on J2EE.
