Atlanta — January 27, 2004 — Inovis, a provider of business commerce automation solutions, today named Michael Croxton as senior vice president of marketing. Mr. Croxton is responsible for worldwide marketing initiatives, driving the overall product and communications strategies. Prior to joining Inovis, Mr. Croxton held senior management positions at Manhattan Associates, Software Solutions and Softlab.

Mr. Croxton has over twenty years of experience in delivering software products and services to the marketplace. Most recently he served as vice president of marketing at supply chain leader, Manhattan Associates, where he led corporate marketing and business development initiatives and was responsible for the introduction of formal product management practices. It was during his tenure at Manhattan Associates that the company had its strongest operational and financial performance, which resulted in their recognition as the clear leader in supply chain technologies and services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Croxton has had the opportunity to manage all operational aspects of a software company. His broad experience includes developing and articulating corporate strategic vision, growing company revenues through alliances and organic growth and delivering new products and services into global markets. In addition, he is frequently quoted in leading industry publications and throughout his career has been invited to speak at industry conferences and events.
