RICHMOND, CA – March 15, 2004 – QRS Corporation (Nasdaq: QRSI) today announced that it has signed an agreement with Edisoft Corporation, a global EDI solution developer based in Toronto, Canada. The agreement, effective earlier this year, allows QRS to offer a broader range of EDI solutions to small and mid-size suppliers in the retail industry.

By offering Edisoft solutions to its customers, QRS becomes a "one-stop shop" for suppliers who require network services and EDI translation software. QRS will also offer Edisoft's ASN/bar code solution package that allows suppliers to create shipping documents and certified UCC128 shipping labels cost-effectively. These additional services complement QRS' existing solution suite for electronic commerce – QRS Exchange™. Customers can use QRS Exchange to help automate business transactions, cut cycle times and improve trading community relations for more effective brand execution.

QRS' new software offerings – Edisoft Merchant and Edisoft Merchant Express – include full-featured EDI functionality with pre-built adapters for the most popular accounting systems designed for small and mid-sized businesses. These features enable a quick and seamless implementation with minimal technical, financial and time investments.
