RICHMOND, CA – October 26, 2004 – QRS Corporation (Nasdaq: QRSI) today announced that Boscov's, the country's largest privately held, family-owned chain of department stores, has signed an agreement for QRS Reveal™, QRS' new solution for transaction lifecycle visibility. After successfully participating in the QRS Reveal beta program, Boscov's selected QRS Reveal to reduce costly errors and lower the cost of serving customers and communicating with trading partners.

Boscov's has been a QRS customer for more than five years, using QRS CatalogueTM for data synchronization and QRS ExchangeTM for transaction outsourcing. QRS Reveal works with QRS Exchange to leverage Boscov's existing EDI investment and provide information and intelligence about EDI transactions. Through proactive alerts, notifications and comprehensive document tracking capabilities, QRS Reveal will help Boscov's improve its business by reducing stockouts and late or missed deliveries.
