ATLANTA — January 3, 2005 — Inovis, a leading provider of business-to-business solutions and services, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with RetailData LLC under which RetailData will acquire Inovis’ Retail Intelligence Services suite of solutions.

Inovis acquired the Retail Intelligence Services business through its merger with QRS Corporation in November 2004. The services collect store-level data and analyze the information to deliver customized reports about pricing, competitive activities, and the in-store consumer experience. The divestiture is effective immediately.
