Inovis Appoints Sean Feeney President and CEO
Technology Leader Assumes Role to Lead Inovis Into Next Growth Phase
ATLANTA — January 17, 2005 —
Inovis, a leading provider of business-to-business solutions and services, announced today the appointment of Sean E. Feeney, as president and CEO. Mr. Feeney’s appointment is effective immediately. Mr. Feeney will drive Inovis’ plans for continued corporate growth and help the company deliver the industry’s leading business-to-business solutions for global trading relationships products and services to its customers.
Mr. Feeney has more than 20 years of senior management experience. Most recently he served as executive vice president of CheckFree Corporation, a leading provider of financial electronic commerce services and products, and was responsible for the successful integration of acquisitions CheckFree completed in its electronic commerce and software divisions. Prior to that, Mr. Feeney served as chief operating officer of Clarus Corporation, an Atlanta-based e-procurement software company and has worked in various senior sales and marketing positions for Dun & Bradstreet Software.

Mr. Feeney succeeds Jim Schaper as CEO, though Mr. Schaper will continue to play a strategic role as chairman of the Inovis board of directors.
Ilaria Derr, who has served as Inovis’ president and Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the company at the end of January.
