ATLANTA, GA — February 9, 2005 — Inovis, a leading provider of business-to-business solutions and services, today announced that BizManager 3.0 successfully completed the AS3-4Q04 Interoperability testing and has been certified by eBusinessReady^®, an industry-neutral software certification program under joint partnership of the Uniform Code Council, Inc.^® (UCC^®) and Drummond Group Inc. (DGI).

This is the first AS3 (Applicability Statement 3) interoperability testing of any kind. As with AS1 and AS2, AS3 expands the scope of EDIINT available to supply chains in their business-to-business communication. AS3 is the draft specification standard by which vendor applications communicate EDI or XML over the Internet in a secure manner using File Transfer Protocol (FTP). AS3 offers its own unique features and provides security for the transport payload through digital signatures and data encryption. It also ensures reliable delivery through the use of receipts in order to maintain a high level of integrity. By completing this interoperability test event, Inovis demonstrated superior interoperability and conformance and a proven means for supply chains to securely interact with their trading partners.
