ATLANTA, GA - March 29, 2005 — Inovis, a leading provider of business-to-business solutions and services, announced today that Inovis and G International have entered into an agreement to extend the Data Exchange (DX) EDI VAN reseller agreement that existed between QRS Corporation and IBM. The new agreement, which extends through December 31, 2006, allows Inovis to continue to offer its Data Exchange (DX) EDI VAN solution as a service to former QRS customers.

Inovis acquired QRS in November 2004. G International, which is owned by Francisco Partners, is comprised of the former IBM Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Business Exchange Services (BES) businesses that were acquired from IBM Corporation in November 2004.
