Inovis to Present at AHMA 2005 Hardlines Technology Forum
ATLANTA, GA - April 27, 2005 — Inovis, a leading provider of business-to-business solutions and services, announced today that Melanie Ligons, director of product management, data synchronization applications and Jonathan Gatrell, senior director of product management, will present at the American Hardware Manufacturers Association's (AHMA) 2005 Hardlines Technology Forum. The AHMA Hardlines Technology Forum is the premier hardware and home improvement industry conference and takes place May 1 - 5, 2005 in New Orleans, LA.
In the session "Breeding Success with Best Practices for the ASN," Ligons will de-mystify the complexities associated with Advanced Ship Notice requirements, often considered to be the "EDI document from hell." In a second session, "Data Synchronization Implementation Options," Ligons will provide an all-inclusive look at different approaches to data synchronization, ranging from basic to advanced, from manual to automated, and from inexpensive to more substantial investments.
In addition, Gatrell will present the session, "Transaction Lifecycle Visibility - Optimizing Your Trading Community," in which he will address how companies can drive supply chain integration by leveraging transaction lifecycle visibility to improve operations and reduce stock-outs, improve data quality and eliminate charge-backs.
