Toshiba Renews Contract for Inovis' Managed Services


IT Industry Leader Entrusts Trading Community Connectivity to Inovis


ATLANTA, GA - June 15, 2005 — Inovis, a leading provider of business-to-business solutions and services, today announced that Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc. (TAEC), a world leader in the information technology industry, has signed a contract renewal for Inovis' comprehensive suite of Managed Services. A longtime Inovis customer, Toshiba leverages Inovis' Managed Services offering to cost-effectively manage the flow of critical e-commerce information across its substantial trading community.

Inovis' Managed Services offering is an externally-hosted solution that combines hosted technology, skilled professionals, transaction and partner management, new development and service-level protection. Leveraging the solution, Toshiba is able to simplify e-commerce transactions, improve connectivity to its trading community, gain accelerated electronic data interchange (EDI) capabilities and ensure rapid compliance with the evolving requirements of key trading partners. In addition, by fully entrusting the day-to-day operations of its e-business programs to Inovis, Toshiba gains increased flexibility and freedom of internal resources.
