Allen-Edmonds Selects Inovis for Trading Partner Connectivity

Premium Men's Footwear Manufacturer to Migrate to Inovis' Value-Added Network

ATLANTA, GA - July 12, 2005 — Inovis, a leading provider of business-to-business solutions and services, announced today that premium men's footwear manufacturer Allen-Edmonds Shoe Corporation has selected Inovis as its preferred Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) provider and will migrate to Inovis' next-generation value-added network (VAN), inovisworks.net. In addition, Allen-Edmonds will continue to use TrustedLink® iSeries, Inovis' award-winning EDI translation software, to ensure seamless communication with its trading partner community.

A QRS Corporation customer, Allen-Edmonds previously used QRS' VAN services to manage the flow of critical e-commerce information and product information with its trading partners. After Inovis acquired QRS in fall 2004, Allen-Edmonds conducted a thorough selection process and ultimately chose to migrate to the Inovis VAN in order to achieve compliance with customer requirements and grow its trading community. In addition, as a 10-year TrustedLink iSeries customer, Allen-Edmonds had experienced first-hand Inovis' ability to handle complex implementations and provide outstanding service.

"Over the company's 83-year history, Allen-Edmonds has built a reputation for providing exceptional quality and customer service," said Jason Charapata, an analyst and programmer for Allen-Edmonds. "Based on our longstanding relationship with Inovis, we're confident that the VAN migration process will be efficient, smooth and transparent for our trading partners, enabling us to continue to meet our high standards."

Allen-Edmonds will migrate to Inovis' next-generation VAN, inovisworks.net, which offers a powerful engine for end-to-end control and visibility of business-to-business (B2B) transactions and trading partner relationships. Additionally, the new Inovis VAN provides an innovative customer portal that serves as the single interface for all Inovis interactions, as well as around-the-clock customer support. Allen-Edmonds will continue to use TrustedLink® iSeries, the recognized leader for data translation solutions on the iSeries platform, to support any-to-any communication translation with its trading community.

"In order to maintain competitive advantage and drive revenue, leading manufacturers such as Allen-Edmonds require seamless connectivity and data translation with trading partners," said Sean Feeney, president and CEO of Inovis. "Allen-Edmonds' migration signifies its continued commitment to Inovis and confidence in our comprehensive portfolio of business-to-business solutions."
