Inovis Positioned in 1Q06 B2B
Gateway Provider Magic Quadrant

ATLANTA, GA - March 2, 2006 — Inovis announced today its positioning in Gartner, Inc.'s Magic Quadrant for B2B Gateway Providers, 1Q06* (February 22, 2006). Inovis was positioned between the Leaders and Visionaries quadrant in the report, which evaluated vendors on completeness of vision and ability to execute.

According to the report, the B2B gateway market is composed of "technologies from multiple disciplines, including the integration backbone, application platform suites, EDI translators and transaction delivery network spaces." The report noted that B2B gateways "continue to be in high demand from organizations of every size, regardless of industry expertise."

Vendors' completeness of vision was evaluated based on: market understanding; marketing strategy; sales strategy; offering (product) strategy; business model; vertical/industry strategy; innovation; and geographic strategy.

According to Gartner, vendors in the Leaders quadrant are "most likely to have high revenue and commitment to this market, high market share and installed bases, and products that are of interest to a large audience. Additionally, the leaders in this space have presented domain expertise and compelling messages that have penetrated the market (intentionally or unintentionally)." Vendors in the Visionaries quadrant, by Gartner's definition, "understand the market and customer requirements well, but have fewer assets available or committed to the pursuit of this particular market than leaders do. Specific to the B2B gateway market, visionaries offer the functionality requirements often requested by Type A companies, such as integrated service environments, ESBs and support for advanced Web services."

In addition, Gartner recently positioned Inovis within the Leaders quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Integration Service Providers, 1Q06** (January 19, 2006). According to Gartner, "In the highly evolving and increasingly high-volume, low-margin integration service provider market segment, leaders must have a critical mass of users (community) in selected industries, a comprehensive and compelling service offering vision, significant geographic reach (or be likely to establish one), reliable and efficient hosted integration service operations, sustained profitability (or likely to establish it), and they must be agents of change to the evolving market segment."
