Inovis Successfully Completes Type II SAS 70 Audit

Atlanta, GA — January 20, 2009 — Inovis today announced that it has successfully completed the Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70, Service Organizations, Type II compliance audits. The SAS 70 is an internationally recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and confirms that a services organization has completed an in-depth audit of its information technology and operational processes.

The audit was performed by the independent audit firm, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In order to complete the audit, Inovis defined control objectives for significant areas of internal control to support the scope of the audit. The control objectives in the report addressed the following areas:

• Customer Data, Transactions, and Document Processing
• Systems Monitoring and Security
• Application Development and Maintenance Activities

The independent service auditors performed extensive testing on control activities that have been implemented by Inovis to ensure the integrity and security of its hosted Value Added Network (VAN) platform. The testing allowed the service auditor to verify that the controls were suitably designed and provided assurance that the specified control objectives are achieved. Following this rigorous examination, the auditing firm was able to issue an unqualified positive finding. An unqualified opinion is provided by auditors when there are no material instances of noncompliance.
