Sam Presutti Brings Financial Services Expertise to Standards Body
Atlanta, GA — June 24, 2009 — Inovis, a provider of business-to-business communications software and services, announced today that Sam Presutti, senior solutions architect, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Data Interchange Standards Association (DISA).
DISA develops and maintains business-to-business (B2B) standards for electronic trade and commerce, helping organizations simplify transactions, lower costs and expand markets.
Sam's election marks the second Inovis representative on the DISA board. Sean Feeney, president and CEO of Inovis, is a current DISA board member.

DISA serves as the Secretariat for the Accredited Standards Committee X12 (ASC X12), a developer of electronic data interchange (EDI) standards and related documents for national and global markets, chartered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) in 1979.
DISA develops and maintains more than 315 X12 EDI standards and a growing collection of X12 XML schemas.
Sam Presutti has over 33 years experience managing B2B technology, with focus on building E-Commerce Gateway solutions for EDI, XML and EDIFACT messaging and for E-Commerce Gateway security integrated into client-oriented business functions.
Prior to Inovis, Sam managed technology platforms and created B2B hubs for Fidelity Investments and JPMorgan Chase.
Sam Presutti will serve as DISA board member for the 2009-2011 term.
Sean Feeney, President and CEO of Inovis, is an incumbent DISA board member for the 2008-2010 term.
