Inovis Positioned in the Leaders Quadrant of the 2009 Integrated Service Providers (ISP) Magic Quadrant

Report evaluates vendors based on completeness of vision and ability to execute

Atlanta, GA — November 23, 2009 — Inovis, a provider of B2B integration software and services, today announced it has been positioned in the "Leaders Quadrant" of the November 2009 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Service Providers (ISP).

The report, by Gartner Inc., focuses on business-to-business (B2B) integration service providers who automate the execution of multienterprise processes such as order-to-cash. Vendors were considered across five capabilities: secure communications, community management, integration services, application services and B2B integration outsourcing (BIO).

"The bar is raised: expanding globalization, larger communities, e-invoicing, service oriented architecture (SOA), more-sophisticated processes, cloud computing and improved service-level agreements are driving integration service providers to new levels of maturity," according to the report's authors, Benoit Lheureux and Paolo Malinverno.

The report highlights 16 trends in the ISP market, including B2B Integration Outsourcing, Cloud Computing and B2B Consolidation Projects.

In 2009, companies worldwide spent more than $1.5 billion on integration-as-a-service (IaaS) and B2B integration outsourcing, according to the report.

"Our customers are seeing huge changes in B2B integration services, with a perfect storm of rising global transaction volume and complexity, compliance mandates and reduced staff and budgets. Our cloud integration platform has gotten great feedback as a flexible way to solve these challenges today and tomorrow," said Erik Huddleston, Inovis chief technology officer. "We're proud to be named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant."

Inovis' cloud integration platform provides manufacturers, retailers and banks with a flexible way to connect with partners, exchange transactions and manage governance.
