Vendors can self-test for compliance certification against specific business rules and compliance guides, not just document syntax. And since this is an on-demand service, the trading partner database can become the single source for maintaining partner contacts.
Deductions Management automates a retailer's vendor deduction program, helping organizations increase the recovery of possible deductions while reducing the need for time-consuming research. By validating transactions against compliance guides, you can trigger deduction items, associate them with root-cause data and track to closure.
Operations Support gives distribution center teams visibility to data-related errors in shipment notifications, orders and invoices by tracking the quality of "in-flight" partner transactions. Web services integration and all common data formats are supported, including EDI, XML, EDIFACT, X12 and flat file.
Scorecard Management automates the vendor scorecarding process, enabling a portfolio approach to business community management. You can track partner performance by product category, process or facility and kickoff remediation programs to fix chronic transaction problems.
